Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation

Delivery Times

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & other major cities: 1–3 business days
Other Emirates and remote areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, high-demand periods (e.g. sales, holidays), or courier volume.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight/size. Orders to remote or outlying areas may carry an additional delivery charge.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery agent where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or resolution.
